Make an Impact with the ACMG Foundation for Genetic and Genomic Medicine

As members and friends of ACMGF, there are numerous opportunities available to become a donor, friend or corporate partner, and to support the important work of the Foundation. As a designated 501(C)(3) organization, the ACMG Foundation facilitates and encourages charitable giving to advance the mission of the organization by generating annual fundraising support, developing corporate partnerships and designating charitable gifts that support training, education, advocacy and planned gifts, sponsorship and support for the ACMG Annual Meeting, such as the Day of Caring and plenary awards program.

ACMG Foundation Funding Priorities

The ACMG Foundation is committed to developing resources to support fellowships, training, and OnDemand educational opportunities dedicated to increasing the number of qualified genetic and genomic professionals. Specifically, the ACMG Foundation supports the College’s critical priorities of Clinical Laboratory Practice, Education and Advocacy by making an impact and offering support in the following funding priorities

  • Noninvasive Prenatal Screening (NIPS)/Prenatal
  • Rare Disease
  • Newborn Screening (NBS)
  • Training
  • Expanded Carrier Screening
  • Gene Editing
  • Genomics Sequencing
  • Cancer/Oncology

The ACMGF Board of Directors and Foundation staff are dedicated to experiencing substantial growth in these areas.

By providing your consent to participate in our texting to donate service, you approve of any such charges from your mobile carrier. Charges for text messages may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance.

The ACMG Foundation and the ACMG reserve the right to terminate the SMS service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The information in any message may be subject to certain time lags and/or delays. If you have any questions or need help, text HELP into the text thread.
