As a lifetime professional member of the clinical diagnostic industry I have had the opportunity to participate in the development of newborn screening globally. My company alone has helped to identify more than 126,000 newborns at risk of a genetic disorder. The number of lives saved and the quality of lives assured makes me a proud and willing donor to ACMGF. I believe in the charter of ACMGF and derive great personal satisfaction when contributing to the "future of medicine".

"Those of us who founded the College back in the Dark Ages of 1991 had a vision that education of our members, other health professionals and the public would become a priority. Now that aim can be realized through support of the College by the ACMG Foundation. Here I see my charitable contribution having a direct and immediate impact on a mission I value."
Reed E. Pyeritz, MD, PhD, FACMG — University of Pennyslvainia School of Medicine
"As a firm supporter of the mission of the ACMG, I cheerfully contribute to the Foundation. Through its Corporate Partners program, which recognizes the overlapping interests of private and academic service providers, the Foundation provides both sectors a conduit for productive interactions. The Foundation's focus on promoting education, utilizing science based outcomes, providing funding for development of practice guidelines and engaging industry is destined to create a positive lasting legacy."
